I am a foreigner with an M.S. in International Health Policy and
Management from Brandeis University in the USA and I wish to get a
scholarship to study PhD in Canada (Language of instruction must only
be English) in any of those fields:

1) International health (prefered)
2) Social policy - Major health (prefered)
3) Or health-related fields

So I hope you could help in providing links to potential scholarship
providers (full tuition+ stipends) and please include at least one
covering the first two prefered fields.

got one to study in the US, but you can get one to study in Canada
also (I am from there).
