This error may occur if you didn't restart your workstation after
installing Musition, Auralia or other similar software. Restart your
workstation and try loading the software again.

If the program isn't resolved, we recommend you reinstall your Rising
Software product.

If a reinstall doesn't solve the problem, delete the registry entries
under 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Borland' using the registry editor
REGEDIT. Then reinstall the software again. Deleting these registry
keys may affect other software installed on your computer.

I cannot take responsibility for any problems occurring with other
software if you attempt this.

Has anyone worked on your computer recently? It is possible that
someone unintentionally disabled a portion of your software when they
tried to optimize your computer. The only way to check for this option
is to click Start-Run, type msconfig and hit return. Click the Startup
tab, and enable all. This may start programs that you don't want, but
you can go back in an turn off anything you don't need. BE AWARE THAT
when using this tool, you may cause other program to not work
correctly, or even turn on malicious software. Use this tool at your
own risk.

It is also possible that, if the computer had been forcfully turned
off (without using start-shutdown), that portion of the software could
have been corrupted. This could be solved either by running
scandisk/chkdsk (right-click your C: drive, select Properties, click
on Tools, and click the Run button for Error-Checking. Select both
options). The scan will happen the next time the computer starts up,
and his scan may take a few hours depending on the size of the drive
on how full it is. This scan should be performed every month or two
anyway for basic computer maintenance.

It is possible that itsekurity-ga is correct, but these solutions
above may also help you. But PLEASE be careful when editing the
Windows registry, and it can cause great harm if done incorrectly.

Hi kicklinr,

Go to Start->Run
Type: msconfig
Goto the Startup Tab
What do you see there? BDE Install or variation? If so uncheck it.

Regards
Neutron Coding.
