Hello,

I would like to know what was the price tag that Fidelity Investments
paid for the acqusition of Wealth-Lab Developer. Also, I would like to
know what is the estimated (or accurate) user-base of Wealth-Lab
Developer software.

I will of course need reliable references for both.
