I am a real estate investor and am looking for areas in the USA that
are good to investment in.  This requires some research on my part.  I
need your help by you finding me ten articles on cities/areas that are
growing, can potentially be good areas for housing, jobs, etc.

If the article/site discusses real estate investment that would be a plus.

The purpose here is to get me a decent amount of basic information
that I can expand on.

I have done simple searches on google but am looking for something a little deeper.

Please make sure the content is recent -- late 2004/early 2005. 
Articles/sites from early 2000's and late 90's are not useful for my
