Section 55.145 Florida Statutes allows one to "cancel & discharge"
judgments after one year.
Surely someone in Florida has used this statute to their benefit. I
would like to know where to find records of such transactions, that
is, the filing documents that were used and then recorded to petition
for this relief.
I have searched public records of many of the courts and have not been
able to find record of any such activity. (I priced this answer at
$50.00 but will add $5.00 per record for additional records up to a
maximum of 10 additional records for a possible total of $100.00)
Prefer additional records to be from more than one Court/Jursidiction
or from as many different ones as possible.
