In the state of Pennsylvania, is it legal to videotape someone speaking at a public event if they have full knowledge that the event is being filmed, but say they do not consent to be videotaped? The event is held indoors on private college property, but is open invitation to the community. The camera is set up before the event occurs. At issue is whether one is legally obligated to stop filming at someone's objection, once they are already speaking in front of the camera. Citations appreciated. |
