I am in need of a true professional placement service.  I have a B.S.
in art, an M.S. in Educational Counseling and Student Affairs
Management. Also, have 14 years experience working in a grant funded
educational outreach program.

The employment agencies I keep hitting, only want to launch a "career
campaign" and will not actually land place in a job. I think these
places are junky.  There should be a real professional placement
service of some sort.  I am willing to travel or relocate.

Willing to consider nonprofit programs.  Someone suggested Korn/Ferry
as a placement service for nonprofit sector, but my research suggests
they are a high level executive business placement service.
