I'm trying to reset my old LG 5350 (Sprint PCS) so that I can donate
it to charity. So far, I've been able to reset absolutely everything,
but to get my "Current User Address" (which was my old sprint pcs
email address). This is still visible when I go to menu #9 System
Information (but I can't edit it there). I've reset the phone to
factory settings, deleted the address book, deleted the call lists,
and gotten rid of my cell phone number. I've contacted sprint to see
if they could figure it out and they couldn't find it either. I've
also found this website...

http://www.sprintpcsinfo.com/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=17

checked all those menus, reset, and deleted everything I could, but I
have still not found the crazy "current user address." I'd really
like to donate my phone, but since my "current user address" is my
name (and it's a rather uncommon last name), it is important to me to
be able to delete that before I donate it. Any other ideas as to how
I can delete the Current User Address from my phone?

I'm happy to provide any additional clarification if its needed.
Thanks for the help!!

It will disappear once the phone gets activated with a new user.
