profit, not people. Agree/Disagree? Please CRITICALLY analyse the
following question, providing full references to journal articles and

Additional infomation: What is SHRM? Consider contrasting school's of
thoughts about SHRM. Hard models VS soft models. Do the qualities
contribute to organsitional performance or profitability? Describe,
