I'm comparing docs on the hidden curriculum values in society and
schools with respect to human rights and the curriculum. I'm after
around 5 x A4 pages with references on this by Monday. I want it to be
done professionally as I may be required to present to an executive
team.

Hello jamestom77-ga,

I'd love to help you with your project but I need you to define some
of your terms. Please tell me what you mean by "hidden curriculum
values" and "human rights in the curriculum." My preliminary search
shows that these terms are used in the UK and other Commonwealth
countries. The more you can tell me about the context and background
for your search, the more likely I will be able to get you what you
need. I look forward to your clarification.

The additional info is as follows:

Why do teachers assess or evaluate students? What are the educational
reasons, and what are other reasons that should be avoided (measure,
assess, evaluate, discriminate, reward, punish etc)? I need you to
include what are the most important issues that a teacher should
consider and address when planning to assess students (including
principles, values and concepts of evaluation)

Also for this meeting I need to then summarize the above with a set of
recommendations about how teachers can commit to being more aware of
how they assess. I am presenting to an Asia-Pac audience so please
keep it this is for the Australia/New Zealand context.

"...hidden curriculum values in society and schools with respect to
human rights and the curriculum...."

By this do you mean the U.S. political issue of "secular humanism" vs.
"Christian values"? Or the contention that the American social
studies/humanities school curriculum is heavy on "social values"?
