where in the United States can I receive training in FACS and certification?

This form of training appears to be taught within a number of
Psychology departments (usually under "Introductory Psychology")
within the United States.  Could you let the Google researchers know
if you would you find a small listing of US Universities that offer
FACS as part of their syllabus acceptable?  Please note that this
might not necessarily include Universities that offer "certification"
- it would mainly be a listing of Universities that state that they
offer the FACS training.
