How do I send a pre-written email saved as an Outlook 2002 template
file (.oft) using Windows 'Task Scheduler'? The email has been
pre-written, saved and PGP signed and can therefore NOT be sent as an
attachment. It has to be the same file over and over agin using
Windows 'Scheduled Tasks'
