I know this is a long shot,but I tried everything else.

My house is going to be auction off by 1300 gmt.
I need $3500 to the bank to stop the auction which would give me time
to sell it for a proper price
this are my last 50 bucks.

I expect it would help to know where you are located, so that any
relevant legal stuff could be investigated.

In Pretoria South Africa

the house is gone...
my wife is close to commit suicide, 
i am in austria (for surgery) my wife and my daughter is alone in
Pretoria, anyone there who can talk to her and give her some support
by trying to calm her down.

Don't you have family in Pretoria who you could phone for help and
support?

If not, I suggest that you contact a support group or Christian church
in the area where your wife and daughter are, and ask them to help.

If you don't know of any such organisations, do a Google search for,
say, "Pretoria church" or "Pretoria support group" or "Pretoria
housing" or "Pretoria homeless". You will probably have a better idea
on how to filter the results than I do.

You might also see if there is a South African embassy in Austria. If
so, get in touch and they should act on your behalf.

Lastly, if you took out travel insurance when you travelled to
Austria, take a good look at your policy document and see if there's
anything that you can make a claim for that will help the situation.
For example, some travel insurance policies provide cover for you to
be transported home in an emergency, or for someone to be brought to
you in an emergency.

If you want some other ideas, please post more information.
