What are the unemployment rates (%) for Mexico in ten year increments from
1940-2000 (give or take a year or two only please)?  (Websites needed,
too for verification)

I was really hoping to find this info for you... but after much
looking it appears that unemployment data was not collected in Mexico
before 1973.  And any info before 1990 is not well compiled (very
small sample size & bias from the people collecting data).
