It seems that the film has not been released on DVD (yet?).

This movie is out of print on VHS, and was never produced on DVD.

I don't know where you can find a DVD of that movie. But weren't those
movies of the week cool?! I know Gargoyles is on DVD, you can rent it
at netflix, the same with Duel, that movie with Dennis Weaver and a
semi-truck out in the desert. I only remember a few others: Crowhaven
Farm, Killdozer with Robert Urich and of course...Bad Ronald! Remember
that one?
