Dear nournet,
I have found a number of telephones that provide the functionality
you describe.
Rath Microtech makes the Smartphone IV, several varieties of which have
the Auto Answer feature.
Auto Answer: When an incoming call is received, the Smartphone
IV will answer the call and two-way conversation is established
with the calling party.

Furthermore, a number of Panasonic phones have auto-answer
functionality. For example, the KXT 7050 is a telephone with an
auto-answer setting that comes at a very attractive price because it
has no speakerphone.
KXT 7050 Panasonic Phone: This is a Panasonic 12 CO line basic
system telephone. (Used with Panasonic KX-T30810, KX-T61610,
KX-T123211D, KX-TA624 & KX-TA1232 Hybrid System Control
Units.) The features of this phone include a monitor, auto answer,
on-hook dialing, FWD/DND, 4 One Touch Dial Keys, 12 Programmable
Line Buttons, automatic redial, mute/hold/flash/redial,
conference, transfer, and a message Waiting Key/Lamp.
