halovid is referenced once in a page about news sites for the game Ever Quest.

holovid is a common cyberpunk term for future 3-D video.

helevid appears to be a Czech word - it appears on one page in the .cz domain.

heloved is a common typo for 'he loved'.

Any of those ring a bell?

If you do a Google search of the term "helovid" - you come up with
nothing. However, if you click on the "images" tab -- you'll find a
picture named helovid.jpg. Since the picture is of a helicopter, it
might not be a word -- but just a shortening of several words to name
their picture.. but there's a possibility that it's some kind of lingo
word in the helicopter field. I have a friend who works for one of
these companies, I'll ask him.. and I have already left a message with
the creator of the site (which doesn't seem to be working anymore).

My next guess is to go to babelfish.altavista.com and see what the
meaning is in other languages.

Hope this helps,

I have seen this used by folks who didn't want to type profanity. If
you say it out loud, and are a native speaker of the English language,
I think you'll hear what it substitues for.
