After a recent death in her family, a 36 year old patient has been
diagnosed with depression and metastasis of her breast cancer.  The
patient had a previous history of premenstrual syndrome and had taken
steroid contraceptives for many years.  She had been taken off
contraceptive use after being diagnosed of nodules in her left breast
two years ago.  She developed amenorrhea few months after stopping
contraceptive use.
a) Identify a neuroendocrine-immune relationship between her recent
trauma and the metastasis of her tumors.
b) Connect her amenorrhea with the contraceptive use.
