(ideally the top doc there). Money isn't an issue (well, within
reason), I just don't want a botched job.

Yes, absolutely, especially if you know anyone by reputation...most
docs do it now, but even if you just give me the name of a prominent
one who doesn;t do it, I'll ask him for a referal.

Very good response. The first dr does the injections. Nice to have
