Hi. I would like to find a Web site (preferably free) that lists the
top 10 to 20 songs and albums from the years 1991, 92, 93, 94 and 95.
Ideally it would list more than one genre of music (top 40, rock,
alternative, rap, R&B, dance, etc.). I am not interested in subjective
lists; I would like it to be from some official source, such as
Billboard's rankings. Thanks.

This should be based on U.S. charts.

In the event that no one finds a free source, I can point you to the
relevant Billboard's search form. The results are free if you are a
Billboard print subscriber, and $19.95/month to subscribe to the
online service. If you ultimately decide that you'd like this option,
you can post a clarification.

I think you might find these links helpful; they're pretty consistant
and are cross-genre.
