I would like to have a plan to follow so that i will have an idea to follow when doing a experiment. Maybe a lab book that i can follow. For instance, if i have a "article" before me, maybe you can tell me or direct me to a lab book on how to follow this article. I just want to know how to go about understanding this article. Ted. |

Hi, Sounds like you need a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for a certain experiment. This should guide you step by step on what to do exactly and in what sequence for the subject experiment. You must find the experiment you are trying to do and then look for a SOP for it. If you can't find it, perhaps you should repost this question (or clarify it) by describing the experiment in as much detail so that the researchers can try to find a SOP for you. Good Luck telnady |

If you have an article from a journal then the 'Materials and Methods' section is exactly what you need |
