And, acutally, most college libraries have, or can get, the microfilm with those papers in it. Copies are generally $0.10 per page. |

You might want to check out ProQuest historical newspapers. http://www.il.proquest.com/proquest/histdemo/default.shtml I was going to post this as an answer, but I couldn't actually find out how to browse the papers as they describe in the demo.
