Dear lala24-ga,

The 2004 remuneration for the directors of British Petroleum appears
on this page. I refer you to it instead of positing the answer here as
it is quite complex and includes share and pension details.

Additional information and Non-Executive Directors' remuneration
appears in this pdf.

Other information on this page.

I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is
unclear, then please ask for clarification of this research before
rating the answer. I shall respond to the clarification request as
soon as I receive it.
Thank you

The way I interpret the figures is, for example in the first link, in
2004 Lord Brown received £1,382,00 salary; bonus of £2,280,000;
non-cash benefits of £82,000; making a total of £3,744,000. Shares
to the value of £1,905,00 were also awarded but held in trust until
2008.
Having pointed these out, you should be able to follow the columns to
work out the awards for the remaining directors.
