I have a website named www.jodhpur.biz , we also have a guest house
running at Jodhpur. I wanted to know how do I market my guest house to
international tourists travelling to the Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Havent made a section of guest house in jodhpur.biz website, but
should I opt for a separate web domain or make a section (eg

What are prospective traellers looking at when making an internet
booking, I can arrange money payment over internet (paypal / CC Avenue
etc ,)

My basic problem is what all should I project before real paying
customers come to my Guest House.

As per information available 3000 people reside in Guest houses in
Jodhpur in a Year.

I have the space (4000 Sq feet + gardens), means and food to keep a
guest happy, we are even willing to escort customers to all over
Rajasthan. But still many lesser competetiors have a better run, some
of them even dont have a website.

So to summarise I would like a quick marketing review of Guest Houses
Business as a foreign tourist would see, and on prospects of creating
a separate website or a section in the same website I have.

I have had a look at your website, and I find it quite good but I can
suggest a few changes.

I have come across a website www.ticorealty.com, that specialises in
selling/buying/renting houses in Costa Rica, I would like to suggest a
few changes on your website, based on content of that webpage.

These include more photos of the rooms and added features like photos
of the views from the balconies and rooms of the guest houses.Also
give the charges based on approximate International Exchange Rates,
(preferably in Dollars/Euros/Yen) so that the guests can accordingly
make their arrangements. Also give an option of making reservation
online, the charges for which can be paid on arrival.

Apart from that one more requirement that you need to do urgently is
register your website on the popular search engines like Google, Yahoo
and MSN Search, by registering your website as one that offers Guest
Houses, Hotels and other services for tourists in Jodhpur. I will be
able to that if you are interested in that.
