I am receiving my emails in duplicate. I use Windows 2000, cablevision (optonline) How can I eliminate the duplicate emails? |

You need to go to Tools Options, Advanced, (going from memory here) Then there is a check box, that says, leave mail on server, That needs to be unchecked, otherwise you will pull down all old mail. Sorry Its a bit vague, but I am certain you can fix this easily. |

There is no option to 'leave mail on server'. Could it be another choice? |

Go to Accounts, highlight the account, click on Properties and go through the options to aDvanced to uncheck "leave a copy of mail on server." |
