How do I create a file which contains my vocal instructions along with screen motions? A light weight shareware or any MS offce suite function will be good. I am not asking any heavy duty multi-media software suite. Using a camcorder to tape my computer screen isn't an answer. |

If you want something that can also capture individual windows or certain areas of the screen, along with the standard capture the whole screen, and you want it for free try Windows Media Encoder http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/9series/encoder/default.aspx |

I would swear by Camtasia. I have used it endlessly for training software... |
