Hello there - Campus Drive in Princeton runs northwest off US 1 and seems to be a very small street. The closest I can get you to 117 Campus drive is 4.2 miles east at Princeton Junction. That is on New Jersey Transit. New Jersey Transit ( http://www.njtransit.com/as_accesslink_busshadowed.shtm ) Use the "Trip Planner - Service Near a Location tool" to verify any information about other stops and routing information depending on where you are arriving from. Only two NJT lines serve the area. The service tool includes bus as well as rail and light rail information. Sorry I couldn't get you within the two mile range. With sore foot sympathy digsalot | |

The previous researcher is not correct. NJ Transit bus 600 stops at the intersection of U.S. 1 and Alexander Road, right by your destination. The bus starts at the Trenton rail station and also stops at the Princeton Junction station. See (http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/bus/T0600.pdf). In addition, I think 117 Campus Drive is far less than 4 miles from Princeton Junction station. It doesn't look nearly that far on Mapquest, not even a mile, if you can walk along the tracks from the station to the building. From Market East station, take the SEPTA to 30th Street Station and take the NJ Transit commuter train to Princeton Junction. Good luck. |

BTW, you actually have to take the SEPTA commuter train from 30th Street Station to Trenton before you get on NJ Transit. See (http://www.njtransit.com/pdf/rail/r0070.pdf). |

OK, my mistake: According to SEPTA, you can go straight from Market East Station to Trenton, and maybe to Princeton Junction. See (http://www.septa.org/schedule.cgi?route=r7s&day=1&return=on). Or you can take Amtrak direct from 30th Street Station to Princeton Junction (http://tickets.amtrak.com/JBookIt/?function=handlers.amtrak.AmtrakTrainAvailabilityHandler&storefront=1003&trueAvailabilityRequest=yes&inputAmtrakSavedRequest=handlers.amtrak.AmtrakMainSimple&inputDepartureDate=Aug+7%2C+2002&inputReturnDate=&pickedCityIndex=&inputDepartureStation=Philadelphia&inputDestinationStation=Princeton+Junction&departMonth1=Aug&departDay1=7&inputDepartureTime=0700&returnMo th1=&returnDay1=&inputReturnTime=&inputNumberOfTravelers=1). |

I happen to live in Princeton NJ, and you can actually get right onto princeton campus (closer than princeton junciton) by taking what we call, "The Dinky". I don't know all the details on this one, but I know if you can get to the trenton train station, you can take the dinky right into princeton campus.
