I need some statistics on the percentages/numbers of African American
Students that begin their education at 4 year colleges and then
successfully graduate within ~4 to 6 years.  The answer to the
question should allow me to say something like: "in 1998 100,000
African American Students entered four year colleges throughout the
continental United States.  By 2004, only 25,000 had graduated."
