I'm a new grad LVN (graduated in August 2004) looking for a doctor's
office job in the Dallas area.

1. What is the average wage for an LVN like me would make in a doctor's office?
2. What are the best places to look for permanent (non-contract)
employment jobs in doctor's offices in the Dallas area?

The only problem I've found so far is that many doctor's offices are
asking for experience and with me being a new graduate (within 6
months), I do not have much experience to show them.

I've only worked in nursing homes since my graduation in Augusut 2004
and I am tired of working in nursing homes and want a change.  I just
finished taking Microbiology and am working on getting into a bridge
program so that I can become an RN and go on to do something that I'm
more interested in, but I want a change now.

Please help me.  Any information would be GREATLY appreciated.
