I am looking for an ADC device or product that can monitor
a battery voltage eg. 0-50V or current 0-15A to a digital binary
10bit parallel output signal. Monitoring will be done by another
micro-controller card based on the digital binary output from the
device or product. 
Smart battery IC only handles small voltage/current - Not applicable
I am looking for a cost effective product or device in the form of
a hobby-kit solution to the question asked.
