What is a term for prejudice based on stupidity?

I am talking about someone who dislikes/judges another because the
"other" is stupid.

Are you referring to a case in which one dislikes or judges another
because the "one" is stupid. In this case I suggest the term
Ignorance. Or are you talking about one who specifically dislikes or
judges another because the "other" is stupid? If so may I suggest
doltism.

I have occasionally seen and heard the term "moronophobia," meaning
"fear or dislike of stupid people." I doubt that you'll find this word
in any dictionary, however.
