There are about 7 Billion Directory Assistance [411] calls made annually in the U.S. I need to know the breakdown of those calls by business category. (i.e. 10% for pizza, 8% for auto repair, 4% restaurants). I know that 75% of calls are business queries, 15% are white pages residential listing requests, 10% are for government agencies. |

I found tons of information about the changing directory assistance marketplace but nothing as to what kinds of things 411 callers are looking for.
