What are the top 100 pharmaceutical manufacturing plants in the world?

I am researching how manufacturing plants in the pharmaceutical
industry are distributed geographically.  I know that many
pharmaceutical factories are located in Puerto Rico, but I have not
found any lists for the top 100 plants.

I am flexible about how to define the "size" of each plant.  Options
include (a) dollars of product produced, (b) number of employees, (c)
number of dosage units produced, or even (d) the area under roof, e.g.
square footage.  Ideally I would get an answer that shows some or all
of these measures for the 100 largest pharma factories in the world.
