What is the website or phone number of a company that will insure a
collectable car that is to be driven as a primary vehicle in
California? The car is a 1967 Dodge Coronet.

Contact a local independent agent and ask them if they write personal
lines with Chubb.  Chubb is the only insurance company that will write
a stated value policy on your automobile.  Their coverage is second to
none, but you will pay slightly more for your insurance.  It's really
a small price to pay in the event of a loss though.
