Hello - So the judge says I need to come up with realistic personal
polocies in regards to drinking and driving. I'm 23, have one DUI, and
usually don't make these types of mistakes.

I guess I'm just looking for ideas in regards to what examples people
use in this situation.

For example:
- I will buy a breathalizer and take it every time I've had a drink so I'm not >.08
- I will always have the taxi number and cab fare in my posestion in
the event of one drink.
- I will always volunteer to be the designated driver

Any realistic, even creative, answers are appreciated

Answer should be a few websites with ideas, or just a healthy list of
a few ideas. Posts are welcomed as well. Thanks!!

Probably the safest solution...

I don't drink when I'm driving.

The breathalizer is a bad idea. They are inaccurate, and the very
suggestion that you would drink until you reached the limit does not
make the right impression.

A fool-proof policy is to quit drinking.

If you're getting behind the wheel while intoxicated you may have a
drinking problem. Your violation may seem minor, but things can
happen very easily and it can turn into something major.

I have to admit, the fun-loving way in which this question is
presented is a bit disturbing. This is a serious situation.
