As a GSM mobile phone manufacture, we have one cost grey area " GSM
essential IPR " . We learned there will be possible that the essential
IPR owner may charge us for the royalty fee. Please help to advise :
1. what is the royalty charge for the GSM essential IPR
2. who shall pay for this expense ( ODM manufacuture or the brand owner )??
3. Is there any company really pay for this before?
