I'm seeing if someone can give me some pointers on (if there are even
any) decreasing the size on my buttocks. I've always felt my buttocks
is not too proportional to my body size. 18 years old, 5'11, 190 lbs.
 Thanks.

Hi, you sound like a well-built guy. No exercise permanently creates
muscle, but if you don't want more, slow down on squats and other
exercises that use them.
SOme of us just are built differently, genetics. Can't do anything about it.
If you've got broader hips (bone structure) you (and I (-: ) just
will never have one of the those V-shaped figures with broad shoulders
and small hips like those guys in the body-building competitions. But
there is a lot of room between that kind of ideal and the way most
males look. I'd bet that you are closer to the "ideal" than most.

Take care
