1. Can DocBook be written on Notepad in the same fashion as HTML,
XHTML, and CSS documents?
	1a. If yes, how do you ?run? these DocBook documents - a browser or what?*

2. What are some other ways of generating DocBook applications/documents?
	
3. Before I learn DocBook, should I master basic XML?

how do I ?get? DocBook from one of these links ? or what actually is
this a too / or for?

A satisfactory answer will answer the above four questions. The bottom
