It might help researchers to know the city and state that the dispenser
will be used within, if it needs to have the coin mechanism, and if so,

I want to buy one for use in my school in San Francisco, CA. I do not
actually want to sell the newspapers, but I thought the students may
like to see their papers in a real dispenser. It would be only one
dispenser for use inside (so no permits would be necessary).
