The count of separate antioxidant compounds within orange juice, within green tea and within Korean (Red) Ginseng. (Example: Within the Reishi mushroom, there are 35 different triterpenes and 13 different polysaccharides. All triterpenes and polysaccharides ARE antioxidants. Thus, there are 48 antioxidants in that mushroom.) Also needed are printouts of the actual research papers...or...recognized peer reviewed magazines articles reporting the data. |

Jerry999-ga, I'd suggest posting this as seperate questions. I've had difficulty finding a reliable reference that gives the total number of antioxidants in any of the three items you mention. Most of the scientific literature to date has focused on overall antioxidant activity. In any case, you may get better results if they are split. -welte-ga |
