I would like to know the procedure of selling a handball player from
one team in one country to another in another country? Preferably how
sell a foreign player to some team in Dubai, Saudi Arabia?

If possible provide information of some actual cases that happened in
Dubai or some other good paid league around the world.

Thanks for your comment. Well, this is the story. I know a very good
handball player from Serbia and Montenegro. He is young and willing to
try in some other country. In couple of cases I heard that in Dubai
there is a league which is not the best in the world, but it is the
most paid. That is why I asked for some info from Dubai.

Now, basically what I need to know is how to help this guy with
contacts from some countries where handball is good paid. If you know
some contact people in charge or some other leagues that are also very
good, please let me know. Any help is more than appreciated.

person is a prominent figure in Serbian handball.  Would this contact

Great answer! Thanks. This is the person I was looking for.

I can only find three sites in Dubai or the Gulf about sports clubs
with handball facilities ( and these could be just the physical
facilities:  court with the markings for handball, balls and goals). 
I have never heard of professional teams in Dubai, and without such,
no one there would be "buying" a professional player.

However, you expand your question in the last sentence.
Are you interested in the "mechanics" of how professional players
(handball, soccer, etc.) are "sold" between teams?
It is interesting, it is not slavery (the player has to consent,
induced by money to him in his new contract), and I am not the right
person to explain.
But I too would be interested in an answer that told me more than the
little I know now.

I tried to search for handball league OR competition in Dubai and got
no hits, but that doesn't prove anything, and what little I know about
the matter is the little that appears on the German sports page of my
newspaper.

About the rest of the world:  he needs to be "discovered".  Clubs have
scouts that go around observing minor league matches and matches in
foreign countries, no doubt, following leads suggested to them.
But how does one get on their lists?
Are there any professional handballers from Serbia and Montenegro who
are playing abroad?  He could contact them.
How good is he?  He should try to get on the best team in the country,
at least on one that has international matches.  If he is already,
that's great.

If a club wants to hire him, young players obviously don't get
"bought" (club paying club to release a player from his pro. contract)
for the prices the big name players inspire.  But that does not make
him richer.

That is all I can suggest.
I hope someone can add more useful information  - or correct me, if necessary.
