Midas Muffler replace the muffler on my 98 Honda Civic XL. It makes more noise than my original muffler. Midas says they will replace (no charge) with a muffler especially for foreign cars. Some people adivse me that I should take the loss and have a Honda muffler installed, that the Midas Muffler is always somewhat noiser. Question: Is it true that MM ARE noiser than Honda mufflers? Does MM really make a muffler just for foreign cars? Should I take MM replacement & hope it is better than current one?/JSB |
