Efoora (www.efoora.com) does not yet trade publicly, so the company does not yet release annual or quarterly reports. |

Their website seems to hold some contradictory information, as it also states that they plan an IPO for 2003. rico |

Ah, I finally was able to clarify this for my self. Efoora is a publicly-held non-trading company, which was probably what mwalcoff-ga meant in his answer (I didn't even know there was such an animal). As such, they're not required to, and apparently don't, report their financials. rico |
