I need behavioral and structural code for a verilog shifter. The specs
are provided at the following link under the title "shifter lab" :

If you like, I can try to come up with a behavioral version for you by
tonight for a reduced fee of $12.  You'll need to convert it to
whatever gates you need and also do the testing/debugging as before.

BTW, you might want to put a date in the question--I think others
might not realize how urgently you need this.

If you could do that I would be set. I will post it again with the 12$
listing. But until then could you try what you stated. I will look
forward to your response.
