I have been married for 11 years, have 3 children. My husband
recently had an affair and that woman is now pregnant. We have agreed
to stay together and fix our marriage. My concern is, when the child
is born, how will his child support be determined? Can my income be
taken into consideration by the court? And will the court take into
consideration the costs of raising our own 3 children, their private
school, etc? We are in Los Angeles County.

Hello,

I believe that to answer this question, it would require more time
and effort than the average amount of time and effort associated
with this price. Here is a link to guidelines about pricing
