William,
This was a tougher question than I imagined it would be, but I finally
came across a solution for you.
The city of San Diego has an online address verification service for
zoning purposes. You can find it here:
http://apps.sandiego.gov/siteinfoweb/begin.do
Validation by Address
Putting an asterisk (*) in the 'Number' box, and a street name in the
'Street' box will get you a list of all the addresses on that street.
The system will max out at 100 addresses per street. The results page
will indicate if not all addresses were listed by the message:
"Too many records returned to be displayed. Try making your search
criteria more specific."
If this happens, you'll have to narrow down your search. The best way
to do this is by putting a number before the asterisk, for example:
1*
will return all the addresses beginning with '1'
2* with '2', etc.
I believe this search tool should fully meet your needs.
But please don't rate this answer until you are fully satisfied with
the results. If you have any questions about the search tool, just
post a Request for Clarification, and I'm at your service.
All the best,

San Diego city and county websites, and then explored these for online
