I am looking for software that a) keeps track of all marketing and
advertising campaigns (TV,RADIO, PRINT, INTERNET, DIRECT MAIL), b) the
ROI and results of the campaign c) allows data and results to be
viewed in graph and chart form
and d) allows for comparison of how well each campaign is doing 

I have looked at www.marketingpilot.com website. I understand there is
software and sites used to keep track of online PPC campaigns but I
really need a program that is for offline campaigns. I also know there
is marketing and advertising planning software, but not what I am
looking for. Is there a marketing guru or company out there who can
help? Please and thank you

It is important I can keep track of direct mail campaigns. It wouldn't
hurt if the software included a database driven component or if it
could work well with ACT or other CRM programs.
