I am looking for some brushed nickel numbers 1"-1.5".  I would like
them to be indifidual numbers, peel-off sticky back and look something
like these, even though these are 4" and way to large:

These numbers are for a condominium door front and I would like them
to be thicker than just the flat, print-on paper or print on metal
type numbers that usually come printed on a square, plack back.  I
would like individual numbers with some debth, something that has a quality look.  

I cannot believe how hard this request is.  I have wandered around the
Internet, looking and looking.  I have been to countless hardware
stores asking if they had special-order catalogs - no such luck.  Can
any of you point me to a website  and then, tell me how you found
it???  Thank you, Thank you!

Howdy schmooz-ga,

I know these are not on target, but the best I have found are two
styles (polished brass and brushed brass) of 1.75" numbers.  They
are not stick ons, and they recommend an adhesive such as "Liquid
Nails" to attach them, but it might be possible to use something
such as clear silicone caulk instead.  Might something like this
do the trick?  Thanks!

Hello - No, I need brushed Nickel or brushed stainless. The door
handle set and hardware are brushed nickel.  See how hard this is? 
With zillions of condos and apartments out there - you'd think that
these would be available wouldn't you?  Thanks.

By any chance, did you ever find a source? I'm looking for 2" numbers
for neighborhood mailboxes and have had the same difficulties as you.
