You should contact a computer reseller or CDW or Softwarehouse and ask them about Microsoft's Open Licensing program (I think it's called MOLP). This allows you to purchase licenses at a discount because you're buying them in bulk. Then you purchase 2-3 copies of the CD-ROM (usually under $10) and you deploy them. Negotiate with the vendors, as each vendor has a different pricing structure/model. Never buy from the "ultra-cheap" SPAMMers that try to taunt you with $25 copies of office. It's not legal, and in many cases, you won't get usable software from them. Besides, I'd never give a dime to a SPAMmer, as it would reinforce their business model.
