Dear bluestreak,

Max Gerson was born on 18 October 1881, but not in Breslau. Actually,
his place of birth was Wongrowitz (today Wagrowiec) in what was then
the Prussian Province of Posen. However, Gerson later attended the
university of Breslau in Silesia.

Hope this answers your question!
Regards,
Scriptor
